If you're using VivaLingua on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.

You're welcome to use VivaLingua.ai to:

• Practice and improve your English speaking skills
• Learn from our AI-based conversations, lessons, and features

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Upload offensive, harmful, or misleading content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform
• Interfere with our systems or other users' experience

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Some features of VivaLingua.ai are free; others require a paid subscription. Prices are listed in American dollars and may change with notice. Paid plans are handled securely via Stripe.

You're responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to be billed. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

All content on VivaLingua.ai—excluding content you create—is owned by us or our licensors, including:

• Website design, text, and branding
• AI-powered conversations and tools
• Software and features

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create (e.g. messages, recordings, custom lessons), but by using the platform, you grant us a limited license to use it to:

• Provide and improve the service
• Analyze and enhance the AI models
• Comply with legal requirements

We never sell or share your personal content with third parties for advertising.

VivaLingua.ai is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure quality, but we can't guarantee:

• That the service will always be available or error-free
• That your English will improve automatically
• That the AI will never make mistakes (we're still learning too!)

Use the platform as a helpful tool—not as a replacement for real teachers, therapists, or legal advisors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VivaLingua.ai and its team are not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Issues arising from third-party services we integrate with

If you are dissatisfied with the service, your only remedy is to stop using it.

You may stop using VivaLingua.ai at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the platform, or use it in ways that harm others or the business.
